No minimum order.

3 logo options available for all garments excluding T-shirts: Willowdale Blackhawks GTHL (as shown), Willowdale Blackhawks GTHL AA, or Willowdale Blackhawks NYHL.

Additional embroidery such as sponsor logos/names available; quotation upon request.

Payment by cheque only, due on delivery.

Team order delivery will be confirmed at time of order placement.

Individual orders placed after October 1 2011 will be delivered to Bayview Arena by 9:00 AM each Thursday for individual pick up. Courier fee of $11.50 will be charged for all orders requiring earlier delivery or different delivery address (Toronto only).

No refunds.

Incorrect sizes may be exchanged.

Defective merchandise will be repaired if possible or replaced.
